For poster presentations, please create your poster with a size of 95 cm × 120 cm (Width × Height) and send your final version to us at [email protected] before May 9, 2024. We will provide a complimentary poster printing service to ensure uniform and high-quality prints.
For oral presentations, please design your slides with an aspect ratio of 16:9. You can choose to send them to us in advance (before May 12, 2024) or copy them onto the conference computer on the day of your presentation before the sessions begin. If your slides exceed the maximum file size of 50 MB for email attachments, we recommend using FileTransfer.io (https://filetransfer.io/) to securely upload them and then share the file link with us.
